'Our family biome' is our family 'container'. Our family biome is where we live, play, grow, work, learn, rest, and relate with one another. I am thinking about and developing a way to consider and support you in creating and maintaining your unique family biome. A healthy family biome includes 5 important elements:
our kokoro: mind, body and spirit - our heart-mind and actions
our treasures: what do we each consider important and really value?
our routines: the things we want, need and have to do in our daily life together
our habitat: our indoor home & outdoor environment
our community: our connections; social friendships and support networks
