Why do a workshop?
This day workshop is for those who wish to explore unresolved issues—personal or inherited—that may be influencing present-day life for themselves or their children.
A workshop offers a supportive space to gain clarity and discern the next best step in an issue we bring. As facilitator, my intention is to hold each inquiry with gentleness and respect, allowing what is ready to emerge to do so naturally, without the need for detailed storytelling. Even without presenting a personal inquiry, participants contribute through presence, support, and shared humanity. As connection deepens, people often experience a sense of belonging, peace, and mutual understanding.
In Family Systemic Constellations, we observe that children often take on or become entangled in the fate of family members out of love and loyalty. Though unintended, these bonds shape our lives. This work helps us acknowledge our ancestors as the source of life and strength, even amid hardship. The love of a child is instinctive and self-sacrificing—seeking safety, harmony, and belonging. As adults, we may struggle to outgrow this pattern. Through clearer seeing, healthy boundaries, and open-hearted communication, we can love more maturely and freely. By meeting reality with open eyes and compassion, we care for ourselves while honouring those who came before us. This deeper, respectful love allows healing beyond inherited survival patterns and supports a fuller way of living.
In Family Systemic Constellations practice, we observe in its introduction and rapid growth worldwide among people of all cultures over the previous 35 years that as children we take on or inherit or become entangled, out of love, in the fate of our family members - even though our loved ones have not wanted or intended this. We begin to give ourselves, our loved ones and ancestors a good place. We can say yes to receiving goodness of life and deepen our resources for living and loving.

Four Orders of Love
Family Systemic Constellations explore four core themes that emerged from the observed patterns and experiences of people that appear to shape our lives: acknowledging what is, belonging, right order within a family or system, and balance between giving and receiving. Hellinger called these the Orders of Love. When they are seen and acknowledged, they support movement and change. Organisational Constellations apply these same principles within organisations, helping restore healthy flow—whether of money, creativity, leadership, collaboration, knowledge, or energy.
In a one‑day workshop, participants support one another in exploring their family systems to identify where unseen burdens or blockages may be limiting them. Gaining new perspectives can release these patterns, easing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, illness, financial stress, relationship strain, and other life challenges.
I hope to see you soon on 12 April 2026
Warmly,
Karena
