Beside the Sea Tidings April-May-June 2026

First day of winter in Australia:

I hope you're all rugged up and cosy, if not running on the beach to get warm like in the image above (Image: Unsplash - Al Pangestu).

Welcome - if you’re curious about Occupational Therapy, Family Systemic Constellations, or Coaching Circles, you’re in the right place. Each offering supports you (and your children) to meet what’s here with acceptance, and to restore connection through belonging, order, and balance—so binds can loosen, barriers can shift, and you can move forward with greater clarity, strength, and joy.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is about supporting people to take part in the everyday activities that matter most to them. I work alongside children, young people, adults and families in home, clinic, community and learning environments, using a warm, family-centred approach to build confidence, strengthen connection and support meaningful participation in daily life.

I’m currently consulting from Warragul Natural Health on Wednesdays, and I’m pleased to now be offering appointments on Tuesdays as well. Thursdays are generally dedicated to community and home visits, along with time for administration and planning.

Family Systemic Constellation Days

Family Systemic Constellations offers a grounded and compassionate space to explore the patterns that shape our relationships, choices, and inner life. Through a facilitated process of embodied systemic work, you are invited to consider a new perspective of ourselves within our intergenerational family and society. I facilitate the space with warmth, deep respect and steadiness and - together, creating a field where each person is met with dignity and care. Whether you participate in your own constellation, represent for others, or simply witness, the experience offers insight, connection, and a quiet sense of coming home to yourself.

Please reach out if you would like to know more about how family Systemic Constellations can help you with an issue that despite your best efforts feels stuck.

New Zealand in April - Selah: A peaceful pause

During the 3rd ANZCI: Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations Immersive in April in Rotorua I was privileged to offer a workshop to experience 'selah' - a peaceful pause. It is during moments of selah, in stillness, that we may hear the still, small voice that connects us to our higher self and what is, to truth, and to a forward pathway. This is where we may be guided by more than our intuition, in our circumstances and situations and in accord with all that is truthful, good, wise, respectful and eternal - so that greater Love may flow in our lives.

During the workshop, we shared in a visual created spiral of shells and leaves, a folk-song dancing meditation and individual inquiries where we practiced noticing the moment for pausing - moments of selah. We did an experiential exercise to understand what selah is to us individually. When we learn the art and practice of selah, our ability for listening, presence and compassion may become more grounded and centered and our responses to one another may feel more natural, empowered and gentle. In this way we have a ripple effect of peace in our own hearts and to the world around us. I hope one day you can join me when I present this workshop again.

If you are interested in exploring this type of workshop more, I am open to coming to your group and location - please reach out.

Caed mille failte - a hundred thousand welcomes!
