Hi, I am Karena,

​I live in the beautiful countryside of West Gippsland, Victoria. This area is also known as Gunakurnia and Bunurong Country. ​​​​​​​​I holiday at Wilson's Promontory also known as Yiruk and Wamoon. North, south, east, west, my gaze follows the light. I walk, swim and relax beside the sea.​

My three leading heart-led principles as revealed to me are 1. seeing beauty in the eyes of others & kindness, 2. a clay pot - formed on the outside, empty, filled and overflowing on the inside - all three at once and 3. joy for the journey.  In three phrases they became my values in leading and sharing in my work; beauty, compassion and joy.

​I have learned in my own journey, that moments of heartfelt awareness help us to transform our life's challenges into our life's gems. ​​
