Family Systemic Constellation Workshop - 7 December in Kilmore East

Tony and I welcome you to our last Family Systemic Constellation Workshop on Sunday 7 December in Kilmore East. Please contact Tony or me if you would like to come along - there are four spaces available. See contact details at the end of this blog.

The end of the year, Christmas coming up and the beginning of a New Year can represent a time of reflection, repair and renewal. If you are struggling with a particular issue or with day-to-day life or may be anticipating difficulties ahead in this summer season - for whatever reason, you are welcome to join us. When we gather together at a small group workshop, we create a circle of connection, of healing and of hope in our future.

Family Systemic Constellations in 2026

Tony and I will be offering our services in 2026 using this unique and profound therapeutic process for healing and gaining new perspectives. You can experience this healing of generational and intergenerational traumas in several ways.

Tony is available for counselling 1:1 or couples, as well as Family Systemic Constellation Day Workshop for small or larger groups. I am available for counselling 1:1, Family Systemic Constellation Day Workshops, monthly Cafe Circles for family caregivers and caring professionals, as well as resourcing for couples, parents and grandparents.

Together and individually, Tony and I facilitate Family Systemic Constellation Workshops in Melbourne, Drouin, Kilmore East and wherever you are! We can come to your own community group or create an online group. This work is gentle, compassionate and moves us beyond perceived limits and barriers that can prevent love from flowing in our own hearts and leads us to love, acceptance and gratitude - whose ripples reach the hearts of our lovers, friends, families and communities. In respectfully doing the work together we create a heart-mind-soul resonance and attend to healing ourselves holistically.

We become truly humans who care about one another across familial, cultural and language limitations - this is mind and heart work that is fierce in its compassion and persistent for peace.

I am grateful for an invitation to facilitate Family Systemic Constellations in Aotearoa New Zealand in April during their annual Immersive. This cross-cultural therapeutic and healing gathering space allows us time for reflection and renewal together. All welcome, beginners to experienced - we walk beside one another.

Beside the Sea - Occupational Therapy

I feel thankful, grateful and blessed throughout 2025 and especially as I reflect near the end of 2025. My heart has been touched during both difficult and joyful circumstances and situations. Some personal and shared experiences of 2025 have been tough, and some have been smoother and gentler. Some of your experiences have been constant in their challenges and yet I have seen myself and many of you rise again and again.

Throughout shared experiences, have appreciated open and honest communication with individuals, families and communities that has led to more compassion and understanding, hope in our human capacity for growth in love for one another and a ripple effect of growth and calm for our children in our care.

Thank you for welcoming me into your homes and lives - you are truly blessings in the garden of life, each and every one of you. OT will begin Wednesday 14 January in 2026.

I look forward to working with each of you in 2026.

I feel in awe of the life that sustains us, that can be drawn up like living water from a bottomless well, to nourish our souls and to give us strength and health. From morning birdsong, to faces of people around me to sunsets in the evening, as first sung by Louis Armstrong in 1967 with lyrics by Bob Thiele and George David Weiss, when I was only 2-years old.
