Adults and children alike can feel happiest when we live our day-to-day life in a playful, meaningful and fulfilling way.

Sometimes, we may feel limited, stuck or held by big emotions that don't shift, despite our best efforts. Looking anew at persistent issues and our family tree and ancestral patterns with understanding, sensitivity and respect can bring awareness and opportunity for us to move forward in our own life.

When we look afresh to our ancestors and their context, we can bring love and understanding to their and to our own lives.

A loving awareness also allows a way of belonging, balance and natural order to flow, bringing peace to our lives. A feeling of ease, an easier breath, and loss of strain can follow. Loving awareness allows opportunity for renewal to our soul and our family system.

Caed mille failte - A hundred thousand welcomes,

Warmly,

Karena
