Hope lives in our hearts, one heart, one child at a time. Children often take on the fate of their ancestors out of love, but by re-membering and giving everyone a rightful place in the system, they can live their lives forward with peace and courage. Embracing the themes of hope, ancestral connection and love in our healing journey allows love that is eternally present to flow in our lives when unhindered.
In a 'Mind's Eye' constellation, I felt my ancestors' loving presence behind me. Holding an empty bowl, I turned to see their smiling faces, filled with goodwill like a fan stretching out to the distant horizon. As I looked forward, my bowl seemed to fill with a substance that shone with faith, hope, and goodness, making me feel supported. This connection to my ancestors gave me the strength to walk forward with confidence and a smile.
Our DNA carries subtle epigenetic traces of intergenerational patterns that affect us today. Despite these traces, healing is possible through awareness and compassion as well as faith and love, not just for ourselves but for future and past generations.
Recognising and respecting our ancestors' fates allows love to flow, freeing us from judgment and strengthening our family system. Each person can carry their own fate, and by acknowledging our ancestors, we can live our lives with peace and courage, offering our unique gifts to the world.
Anyone is welcome at a family Systemic Constellation workshop - no prior experience or knowledge needed. The workshop is suitable for both new and experienced participants.
