An opportunity for facilitators and for all of us with children in our lives, to unwind, be nourished and supported in

 the beautiful surrounds of West Gippsland, only 80 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

​

At this evening and day retreat you will be enjoying a tapas menu on arrival, followed by a sound bath and meditation on Friday evening to soothe to bring us into a connected presence for restoration, healing and belonging. 

​

There will be time for day spa treatments including hammam steam room, massage or facial as well as nature walks, and haiku poetry to support your mind, body and soul.

 

There will be opportunity for individual supported processes within a group process of Classic and Movement of the Soul - Family Systemic Constellations.

This process helps us to reconnect and heal at a subconscious level and in doing so: 

• helps us rediscover our child within and to give him/her healing they need now

• reminds us of who we truly are

•  address individual issues that feel stuck or blocked, that stop us from moving forward.

• address issues with caring for others in our lives

 

Many facilitators and individual participants report worldwide and Karena's own knowledge, individual practice and in her experience they show us that collective, generational and intergenerational traumatic events and situations of the past 150-plus years, can become stuck as unprocessed trauma and that this epigenetically and via the morphic fields effects a natural flow of love downstream from our ancestors living and not still living.

In Family Systemic Constellations we can unblock the stuck energy and release entangled burdens that we often carry out so that the ancestral goodwill, love and strength can flow like a river through us to our children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and those in our care.
