Family Systemic Constellations of Belonging Days
Family Systemic Constellations of Belonging Days invite a spirit of service, heartful mindfulness and an open presence to one another. This workshop begins with a relaxing and grounding singing bowl meditation. Over the day we create a sense of connection to our own selves and toward others. Bring your own inquiry/issue to this workshop and come to support one another. People often come as strangers and leave with a sense of calm and peace that comes from being present and of service to one another. In our experience and worldwide, participants report that whether they bring their own issue, represent or observe as witness to another's inquiry - that they receive more than they give and they often receive just what is needed on the day.

Aotearoa New Zealand Constellation Immersive 2026
23-29 April 2026
I will be attending as a Guest Facilitator in Rotorua, New Zealand on 23-29 April 2026 to present classic (according to Bert Hellinger style including Classic Family & Movements of the Soul)
Family Constellations with a learning theme of 'selah'. 'Selah', a Hebrew word for a moment to pause, to listen, to notice
and to await inspiration, a prompt for our next word or action. Pausing and listening inwardly in our heart is a key skill in relating well to one another and to grow our spiritual practice and a practical and responsive, living daily life well. When
we pause; we orientate ourselves toward the greater good.
When we listen, we may hear the other perspective.
When we wait to respond, we can be our best selves. In the silence of the pause, you and I become we and our
interconnectedness allows us to remember how to best be the peace we want to see in the world.

we RISE - Reveal Integrate Shift Embody to allow us to live well.
To feel is being open, resourced and supported to notice; to see, listen, hear what is present.
Integration is weaving with our mind, our body and our hearts; making sense of what emerges, now or in the unfolding.
When we feel a movement, perceive an insight, a re‑patterning and evolving how we relate to ourselves and to one another becomes possible. To embody is to land the change in lived experience and to gently weave this new way into our daily lives.
