Feelings wave through our bodies constantly, a unique language many of us are only learning to listen, befriend and to attune to our inner life. Who knew that feelings speak to us, asking us to hear their message, but not to hold onto them? Our everyday feelings speak to us of past and present, as time and memory interact with us now, calling us to live our lives authentically.

Do you have difficulty hearing your own feeling language? Or to see and understand the message your feelings have for you? To gain more clarity and understanding on quiet, unclear, stuck or strong feelings and their message for you, join me for a Family Systemic Constellation Day Workshop on Saturday 25th February.

Family Systemic Constellation Work helps us to see more clearly and with compassion, the subconscious patterns and hidden dynamics of our inner life, outer life, relationships, traumas, immigration, and love, loss, grief and suffering that we may carry. When we see more clearly with heartfelt awareness what we may be carrying from the past that is heavy for us now, we can better let it go with love, to live life more lightly. Join me for this experiential workshop to move toward peace in your life. You may choose to present your own issue or support others on their journey.
