Nourish Ourselves, Nourish Others

In Winter when blooms are forming deep in a plant and the sun is behind clouds, Spring can feel far away - come and nourish your soul with cacao, connection and healing to decrease anxiety and stress and restore balance to your systems, both internal and family systems.
When I was young, I learned the violin with one teacher using the Suzuki method - moving slightly beyond scratchy notes to melodic tunes - staying stuck at one level for a very long time! Now, I have been practicing playing the singing bowls. The bowls, made of quartz are tuned to 432Hertz. Played intuitively, with a felted or silicone mallet, the bowls emit soothing sounds and during a meditation before and after a process of inner work, they help us to tune in to one another and to restore our soul to equilibrium. As well, playing the bowls help us to heartfully be in a resonant space together - where compassion and love support the inner work during a Family Systemic Constellation Day.
Join me for Day Workshops: Caed mille failte - A hundred thousand welcomes
Join me in July for one of three options - a group day, a small group morning or individual sessions, where we can look at stuck issues to see with a new perspective that helps us to grow, to relate and to work well. Where love flows, we are better able to use our giftedness and to live our purpose to contribute to one another and to the world.

Join me for Cafe Circles for all who care for children
Held on Wednesday mornings at Warragul Natural Health, 10am - 12:45pm these in-person Cafe Circles are for:
Family Caregivers; parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts & uncles, friends
Professional Carers; therapists, teachers, learning support, support workers, foster carers
The Cafe Circles are an opportunity for tuning in, for mentoring and provide a 30min time for each person. A small group of 1- 4 people - I will guide you in an opening meditation and will support you to find connection to yourself and your right place and balance in family systems. The Cafe Circles will help you to draw on the resources and strengths readily available to you and invite you to see a with new perspective. This often helps us to see the child/children in our care with dignity, hope and strengths as we are all resourced to live life forward.
I have been drawing on the principles and practice of Family Systemic Constellations for many years both personally and professionally and this gentle and loving approach leaves me feeling calm, peaceful and joyful - whilst allowing our sadness, grief or anger to be respectfully acknowledged with loving awareness and kindness.
Join me for online Cafe Circles or Individual or Small group sessions.
Please contact me if interested in Online Cafe Circles or online or in-person individual, couple or small group sessions to look at a personal issue or concern using compassionate inquiry and family systemic principles and practice.
I look forward to welcoming you, Karena
