Care for the children.
Care for the children: the little ones, the adorable ones, the vulnerable ones, the courageous ones, those who cannot speak up, those who shout loudly, those who go quiet, those who resist, the friendly and the angry ones, the shy and the talkative ones, the sensitive and the bold, the intelligent and wise ones.
Care for the children: when they are hungry, feed them; when they are tired, let them rest; when they are scared, comfort them; when scream and shout, stay close to them; when they struggle with their emotions, manage yours and help them regulate; when they are unruly, guide them and show them what kindness means.
Every moment is valuable: pay attention to a child's expression, help them to communicate, help them to understand their feelings, be a mirror so that love is seen and shared, be a listening ear so that they feel heard, be attentive and give them freedom to learn independently, stay close so they know you care, involve them appropriately in activities so they feel important, give them limits and boundaries, encourage and guide them.

Condolences
I extend my support and condolences to those affected by the recent revelations of child abuse and the conviction of former Pastor Mike Peele. The TLC Cottage at TLC Church, a cherished venue for our workshops, remains committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing.
These events have deeply affected me, and I hope the families involved can find a way to move forward with hope. My own experiences have led to unexpected expressions of hurt, and I have taken time to process these feelings.
In Family Systemic Constellations, we see that even a small movement of the soul, can lead to healing and a healthy perspective on life.
For those who read my previous post, please know that no lasting negativity was intended. It takes time for all of us to process and move through our own challenges. I am grateful for the support I have received and strive to create workshops that offer healing and effective solutions for past trauma.
TLC Church complies with all Child Safe practices.
Kindly, Karena
