Family Constellations Workshop: from Hellinger Institute of DC
" Our Family Constellations workshop is designed to help individuals uncover and resolve hidden family dynamics. These dynamics, often the result of events such as the early death or exclusion of a family member, can lead to unconscious entanglements that affect our lives and relationships, as well as the lives of others in our families. By bringing these hidden loyalties to light, participants can work towards resolving them and promoting a more balanced and healthy family system, allowing love to flow more freely. Join us for this powerful workshop and take the first step towards healing family relationships. "
I recently participated in a Learning Circle over 4 evenings (6pm - 3am!) with Stephan Hausner in Germany. It was a deeply enriching experience. I learned a more finely tuned meaning of the word 'systemic' as used in Family Systemic Constellations - systemic here refers to our interconnectedness with one another and the world around us. Our family is systemic - what we do effects one another and what we don't do also effects one another. As our families are part of the wider society, how we live our lives together matters for all. This powerful yet subtle work allows us to contribute to our own and to each other's wellbeing and healing.
This powerful experiential process allows us to look at many stuck issues, health and wellbeing difficulties, relationship challenges, and overwhelming situations in our life. We often find in our workshops that these issues have their roots in the past and that we somewhat carry hidden entanglements and burdens until they can bee seen and resolved and transformed so that we are free to live our lives forward. I hope you will join me at a workshop soon. Or, maybe you would like to explore a situation in an individual session, online or in-person. Contact me for more details.
