Bring your awareness to the sounds of people - laughter, soft sighs, voices and resonant humming. become comfortable with the vibration of sound and with the stillness of spaces in-between sound to absorb - as a resource to draw into our heart, mind and body, enhancing our soul experience within us and within our wonderful world. Build resilience and hope to radiate out to one another.
