Family Systemic  Constellation 3-Day Retreat / Workshop

Cost: $300

Plus: Retreat accommodation & meal costs.

With expressions of interest we would like to offer a weekend retreat for connection with ourselves, our ancestral roots and to experience healing movements of the soul within community.

We will be offering Singing Bowl Meditation, Yin Yoga,

Prayer and Family Systemic Constellations.

A gathering of people forms a group for the workshop on the day. We are here to hold space with compassion for one another. Family Systemic Constellation work seeks toward inner peace and healing with love and respect. Facilitators, we will gently, sensitively and respectfully  guide you through the process. Facilitators will create a safe and welcoming space and will set the tone and process for the day. 

 

Prior knowledge is not necessary, although it helps if you are aware of an issue you would very much like to see more clearly. A conversation with myself or Tony prior to the day can support you to do this. 

​

Participants may bring their own issue, will form part of the holding circle and may represent for others in their family system. All ways of participating both give and receive in good and equal measure whether you do your own constellation, represent or witness.

​

Please wear comfortable layered clothing to allow for temperature change through the day.

​

Light  snacks, tea, coffee, fruit & chocolate are provided. Please bring your own lunch or buy nearby so you can cater for your dietary requirements.

​

There will be morning, lunch, afternoon breaks during the workshop. We like to keep a balanced yet flexible pace for what sustains us; water, warm drinks, snacks, light conversation, time in the circle.

​

Bring with you an openhearted and non-judgemental stance.

​
